I began my career as a frontline employee in healthcare and, in less than 10 years, transitioned into leadership and rose to the role of Executive Director. That journey gave me firsthand insight into the realities of transformation, growth, and leading through change.

With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, hospitals, and medtech, I bring both strategic expertise and lived experience to my coaching practice. I hold an Executive MBA and am an ICF-certified coach, known for blending empathy with accountability to help women design purposeful next steps.

I am also the founder of Beyond the Move with Jyoti, a podcast and coaching platform that creates space for honest conversations about leadership and transitions. My approach is grounded in resilience, values, and practical guidance that empowers women to align their careers and leadership styles with what matters most to them.
