For over a decade, I worked in healthcare and med-tech leadership, where I learned the power of empathy, integrity, and service. I saw firsthand how much people’s wellbeing depends not just on systems, but on feeling seen, heard, and supported. 

Yet after years of advocating for wellness while quietly burning out myself, I realized something important: true alignment starts within.

That realization inspired me to create a career that honours my values: blending the empathy and care I brought to healthcare, the strategy and financial understanding I developed as a corporate leader, and the personal empowerment I now help others cultivate through coaching and real estate.

Today, I help clients do more than buy or sell homes, I help them move with meaning. Whether it’s a new home, a new role, or a new chapter in life, my approach is grounded in the belief that every move should align with who you are and where you’re going next.
