I help people and organizations navigate transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My own career path: from Biomedical Engineering Technologist to Executive Director in under 10 years, gave me firsthand insight into growth, leadership, and transformation. 

Today, I bring that experience into three areas of work: coaching women in leadership and career transition, consulting with healthcare and medtech organizations, and guiding families as a licensed Realtor. At the core of it all, I believe every transition is an opportunity to redefine success on your own terms.
